"Just go and change the game". Those were the words England manager Sarina Wiegman said to Michelle Agyemang as she prepared to make her major championship debut against France on Saturday evening.

It sounds simple enough when you write it down on paper but the reality is so much harder, especially when you play for England and especially when that England side are staring down the barrel of defeat in the first game of their title defence.
